The Competition
Use the LoyalFree app at a Dorking Town Partnership business by 31 December 2018 and be entered into a prize draw to win a £150 gift card.
This promoter of this competition is LoyalFree, whose registered office is at 18 Churchill Drive, Leicester Forest East, Leicester, LE3 3QB.
How to Enter
To enter the competition simply redeem an offer or collect a loyalty stamp from a Dorking Town Partnership business on the LoyalFree app between 1 November 2018 and 31 December 2018. The competition is open to existing users of the app and new users – to download the app search LoyalFree in your app store or visit www.loyalfree.co.uk/download.
Dorking Town Partnership businesses are marked on the app with the Dorking Town Partnership logo.
Only offers redeemed at Dorking Town Partnership businesses will be counted towards competition entries. Each offer redeemed or loyalty stamp collected in this time period is treated as a separate entry – multiple entries per user are allowed.
The competition is open to those aged 18 years or over, except anyone otherwise connected with the judging or administration of the competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Closing date for entry is 23:59 on 31 December 2018. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Prize
£100 gift card
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
How We Pick the Winner
One winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by LoyalFree.
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner and arrange when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered to.
Legal
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter on this page.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
