LoyalFree EAP partnership

LoyalFree and East African Playgrounds have joined forces to give children their childhoods back through play. Providing opportunities to engage their customers with the cause, volunteering at events and shouting about our work, we’re proud to be working with them over the next year.

LoyalFree is the number one loyalty app for finding local deals and events in your city. They provide an incredible opportunity to buy local, claim rewards and save money. Founded by Jay Nesbitt and Sophie Hainsworth, LoyalFree is a Leicester business with a global goal: to bring people from different communities together. They want to harness the power of technology and smart phones to get people back in their town centre – increasing footfall, rewarding customer loyalty and helping people to discover new things.

When interviewed, Jay said;

We’re really happy to be launching our partnership with East African Playgrounds. Having recently started working with the Leicester BID (Business Improvement District), we’re excited about the prospect of bringing locally based business and charity together to create a global impact from Leicester city centre. The BID do incredible work, as do East African Playgrounds, and we’re excited to use our technology and skills to benefit both.

When asked why they’d chosen to support East African Playgrounds, Sophie said;

Play has always been a huge part of both of our lives. I remember being a child and setting up an imaginary business – I drew out everything from barcodes to tax receipts – but I also remember playing with that fruit which velcros together and you could pretend to chop up; that creativity and fascination has stayed with me. Both Jay and I have brought that playful side of ourselves to the business – we always try to do things differently and have a personal connection with our customers. We’re working with East African Playgrounds to enhance the play opportunities of children overseas and to give them the chance to discover themselves through play too – we know how important it is for children to develop social skills and a sense of themselves at an early age.
