The LoyalFree app ‘Give As You Save’ initiative has led to donations of over £1,500 to worthy causes so far, and most recently has donated £270 to the UK’s leading children’s charity, the NSPCC. The award winning high street app, which promotes local businesses and interactive trails, donates 1p to charity every time a loyalty stamp is collected around any of the 50 towns and cities currently using the app.

Over the last year donations have been collected for the NSPCC, who have remained committed to ending child abuse for over 100 years. They work to protect children, prevent abuse and make child abuse a thing of the past through their helpline, work with schools and many other local and national support services. Find out more about the NSPCC.

LoyalFree’s charity initiative was set up in November 2019 and has previously supported other great causes including homelessness in Leicestershire and Mental Health in Dorking. The LoyalFree app offers app users over 300 digital loyalty schemes to collect stamps at and over 150,000 loyalty stamps have already been collected!

CEO and Co-Founder of LoyalFree, Sophie Hainsworth added ‘‘We are thrilled to be able to give back to the local communities that we work with. The work of the NSPCC is so vital to many and I’m delighted to be able to use our technology platform in such a positive way.’’

App users and businesses across the UK are delighted to know that by using the app to collect digital loyalty stamps, they are also helping worthy causes. Users can feel good knowing they are not only saving money themselves but also helping their communities too. Businesses running loyalty schemes through the LoyalFree app are encouraged to promote these further with an extra incentive for customers to swap from paper loyalty cards to a digital version.

LoyalFree have been delighted to be able to support the NSPCC and we look forward to supporting more charities in the future. From the 1st October 2021 to the 31st March 2022 LoyalFree’s charity initiative will be supporting Mind, who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing mental health problems.

App users don’t need to do anything differently – they can keep using the app as normal! To get involved download LoyalFree for Android and iOS for free by clicking here: www.loyalfree.co.uk/download or by searching for ‘LoyalFree’ on the app stores.
